WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The city is seeking bids for demolition and site clearance of properties at 63&#189; Miller St. and 245-247 St. Clair St.Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. Bidders must have a valid Wilkes-Barre general or demolition contractor&#8217;s license.Bids will be accepted until the morning of July 6. Those received will be read aloud at 10 a.m. in council chambers on the fourth floor of City Hall.
