<p>Morning commuters should have an easy ride to their destinations in the Wyoming Valley this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Route 115 is also free of congestion, but some heavy congestion is reported on Route 315 in the area of the Woodlands Inn and near the on-ramp with the North Cross Valley Expressway.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some congestion could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Mundy Street surrounding the Wyoming Valley Mall is reporting areas of minor traffic. Heavy congestion is reported on Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard in the areas of the Sam&#8217;s Club.</p><p>Downtown is otherwise generally free of traffic congestion this morning.
