HANOVER TWP. &#8212; A man&#8217;s attempt to celebrate the Fourth of July with a blast fizzled, landing him in jail, police said.James Graziano of Hanover Township told others that he wanted to make a bomb Saturday and set a can of gasoline on fire behind Colarusso&#8217;s Pizza on West End Road, police said. He was taken into custody and found to have a small amount of marijuana in one of his pockets, police said.Graziano told police he tried to make a bomb, but it wouldn&#8217;t go off. He was charged with incendiary devices, disorderly conduct and possession of a small amount of marijuana and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for an overnight arraignment.
