Kyle Roller anxious for first Triple A All-star game

<p>Pennsylvania Game Commission Northeast Region biologist Kevin Wenner was recently presented with the Pennsylvania Trappers Association&#8217;s Conservationist of the Year Award for his contributions to wildlife management and support of Pennsylvania&#8217;s trappers.</p><p>The award was presented to Wenner during the 2015 PTA Rendezvous held at the Schuylkill County Fairgrounds on June 20.</p><p>Wenner is the Game Commission&#8217;s Northeast Region Wildlife Management Supervisor and responsible for directing and coordinating all wildlife-management programs within the 13 counties that comprise the Northeast Region. These programs include population monitoring of birds and mammals, habitat management evaluation and planning, wildlife health issues, game-harvest management, and landowner technical assistance.</p><p>&#8220;Kevin has been a tremendous asset to Pennsylvania&#8217;s trappers by regularly instructing Successful Furtaker and Cable Restraint education classes in the Northeast Region,&#8221; PTA public relations director Barry Warner said. &#8220;In addition, his professional expertise in resolving conflicts between animals and humans consistently reflects his concern for wildlife and the public.&#8221;</p><style>
