Colorado man charged with drug trafficking

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police arrested Darryl Bernar Taylor, 36, address listed as homeless, Thursday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $3,000 bail.</p><p>Taylor was allegedly found with cocaine when police investigated a domestic disturbance where he banged a vehicle owned by an ex-girlfriend on North Washington Street just before 2 a.m. Thursday, according to the criminal complaint.</p><style>
