<p>EDWARDSVILLE &#8212; Police in Edwardsville and Kingston arrested Thomas Jamel Trannell, 29, of Staten Island, on an arrest warrant from New York City for armed robbery.</p><p>Trannell was apprehended when he was found inside a residence on Herman Street just after 12 a.m. Thursday.</p><p>Authorities allege Trannell initially used another name to identify himself.</p><p>Trannell was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.</p><style>
