Wells Fargo lends hand to Habitat

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; James Bramich, 26, of Scranton, was arrested Monday while police investigated a report of two males fighting on Public Square.</p><p>Police allege Bramich was a danger to himself and an annoyance to those in his vicinity.</p><p>He was taken into custody and found to possess a prohibited weapon. Charges were filed.</p><style>
