Two cited with stealing items from store

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Luzerne County Domestic Relations Contempt Court issued warrants for the following people for allegedly failing to make required payments:</p><p>&#8226; Thomas Kurtis, of Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, three cases with arrearages of $4,942, $4,699 and $4,685.</p><p>&#8226; Pedro Hernandez, of Donoto Drive, Ashley, $358 in arrears.</p><p>&#8226; Wilson Cabrera, of Alter Street, Hazleton, two cases with arrearages of $2,175 and $371.</p><p>&#8226; Truit Jackson V, of New Hancock Street, Wilkes-Barre, $9,170 in arrears.</p><p>&#8226; Mark Reese, of South Main Street, Pittston, $540 in arrears.</p><p>&#8226; Robert Newman, of Park Place, Kingston, $1354 in arrears.</p><p>&#8226; Oscar Allen, of St. Clair St., Wilkes-Barre, $767 in arrears.</p><style>
