<p>PLAINS TWP. &#8212; Mohegan Sun Pocono is gambler&#8217;s second favorite casino in Pennsylvania, according to visitPAcasinos.com.</p><p>The website surveyed guests through June following casino visits.</p><p>Patrons answered a 10-question survey to rank their overall experience on a scale from one to five. One represented poor service and five was for excellent service.</p><p>The total number of casino guests polled was not available.</p><p>Survey results show Mohegan Sun Pocono in Plains Township scored 35.40 points. The Meadows Racetrack and Casino ranked the highest in the state at 36.38 points. Valley Forge Casino Resort in Upper Merion Township scored the lowest at 21.73 points.</p><p>Mike Bean, president and chief executive officer at Mohegan Sun Pocono, said the survey shows the commitment of team members who continually strive to &#8220;provide outstanding work every day for our guests.&#8221;</p><p>To ensure staff members are meeting clients needs, Bean said the casino sends out its own customer reviews, he said.</p><p>&#8220;We independently send out over 1,000 surveys a week to guests,&#8221; he said. &#8220;We meet with team members regularly to review results and look for new ways to improve.&#8221;</p><p>Mohegan Sun Pocono was the first slot machine casino in the state to open in 2006. Since then the facility has grown to include 21 restaurants and bars, regular live entertainment, Wisecrackers Comedy Club, a hotel and convention center and spa.</p><p>&#8220;I believe we have grown to become a true resort destination,&#8221; he said.</p><style>
