<p>NEWPORT TWP. &#8212; Township police arrested Devon Ceppa, 24, of East Main Street, Glen Lyon, on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment after investigating a domestic disturbance early Wednesday morning. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.</p><p>Township police allege Ceppa struck his girlfriend and hit her in the head several times with a pillow during an argument inside their residence Wednesday morning, according to the criminal complaint.</p><style>
