<p>Commuters should have a smooth ride into work and school this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Interstate 476.</p><p>Some heavy congestion is reported on Route 315 at the intersection with Fox Hill Road &#8212; heavy congestion is also reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is showing no congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Commuters could encounter some minor congestion in the area of Highland Park Boulevard near Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard.</p><p>Downtown is generally quiet this morning, but some minor congestion is reported on North and South River streets near the Market Street Bridge.</p><p>In Kingston, scattered areas of heavy congestion are reported on Wyoming Avenue.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>!</p><style>
