GOP ‘majority of majority’ rule could test any budget deal

<p>The Luzerne/Wyoming chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees (PASR) recently held an awards luncheon at Appletree Terrace in Dallas. The group&#8217;s annual $800 grant was awarded to Ryan Hettes, a junior biology/secondary education major at King&#8217;s College. A dean&#8217;s list student, Hettes is also a member of the Delta Epsilon Sigma Scholastic Honor Society and active in many campus activities, including orientation leader, campus ministry, student government and more.
