New Era Eye Care donates lenses to firefighter

<p><strong>Malcolm C. Barber Jr.,</strong> Wilkes-Barre, was recently installed as the district deputy to the Elks national president for the lodges in the Northeast District of the Pennsylvania Elks State Association during the order&#8217;s 151st Elks National Convention held in Indianapolis, Indiana. Barber will serve a one-year term. More than 9,000 members and guests attended the convention.
