<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; An arrest warrant has been issued for Quadrique Barner, 21, New Jersey, after he allegedly threw bleach in his mother&#8217;s face.</p><p>The alleged victim, 37, of Northampton Street, reported the incident at about 8 p.m. Sunday. She told police that Barner allegedly threw bleach into her eyes during an argument and fled.</p><p>Police discovered a warrant for the suspect out of New Jersey that was not extraditable. They then issued an warrant in district court for simple assault.</p><style>
