WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city man will spend two to six years in state prison for possessing and distributing child pornography.Curtis Lee Baker Jr., 32, of South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, was sentenced Monday before Luzerne County Judge David W. Lupas, according to court papers. Three years probation will follow his term of incarceration.He was remanded to prison after Monday&#8217;s hearing, court papers say.Court documents indicate Baker must register for life as a sex offender and must undergo sexual offenders treatment.Baker pleaded guilty in March to 76 counts of possession and two counts of dissemination of child pornography.A criminal complaint says Baker admitted to authorities that he used a specific website to download child pornography, including images of babies through pre-teens.Baker was not home when police searched his home on Oct. 1.A woman in the residence called Baker to alert him authorities were investigating images of children engaged in sex acts on his computer.
