Police investigating armed car jacking in Laurel Run

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; Police arrested Mary Elizabeth Stralka, 35, Nanticoke, on shoplifting charges Sunday.</p><p>Police said according to Kmart store security, Stralka was observed selecting a purse and several cans of baby formula totaling $190 and concealing them in another purse she was carrying on November 17.</p><p>She then allegedly exited the store without paying for the items.</p><p>Police were later able to identify the woman and filed charges of retail theft.</p><style>
