Pennsylvania lawmakers seek Planned Parenthood inquiry

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police arrested Justina Baker, 23, of Wilkes-Barre, on charges she struck a 36-year-old man in the face in the area of Dana and South Empire streets at 1:43 a.m. Friday.</p><p>Baker was charged with simple assault and harassment. She was released on $2,500 unsecured bail.</p><style>
