Will Luzerne County Council contender Eugene Kelleher make it on the ballot?

<p>The Luzerne County Community College social science/history department and Diversity Council recently held a grand opening for the Children&#8217;s Book Corner. The collection will benefit LCCC students who are parents and students who are responsible for the nurturing and caring of children. The goal of the Children&#8217;s Book Corner is to promote lifelong learning and literacy. Students are able to borrow books and return them so other children can have a chance to read.
