Wilkes prof brings academic scientific background to pipeline task force

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said they responded to a residence on West River Street at about 8:30 a.m. Sunday for a report of a domestic dispute.</p><p>According to police, upon their arrival Glennceria Carli Prince, 31, Wilkes-Barre, and Steven T. Phillips, 34, Wilkes-Barre were at the scene with three small children.</p><p>According to Prince, Phillips choked her and threatened her with a knife during an argument. Phillips was arrested on assault charges. Prince was arrested for an active warrant for PFA violation.</p><p>The children were handed over to a friend for supervision.</p><style>
