PLAINS TOWNSHIP &#8212; One man faces charges after he allegedly &#8220;sucker punched&#8221; another man during a fight Monday night.At 11:25 p.m., officers were dispatched to a Perkins Street residence for a reported domestic disturbance, township police said.But at the same time, a man arrived at police headquarters reporting that he had been involved in a fight at the same address, and was complaining of rib pain.The man, identified as Derek Bostick, 44, was transported to Wilkes-Barre General Hospital for treatment.When police arrived at the Perkins Street home, they met with Daniel Rigle, who said that he had been &#8220;sucker punched&#8221; by Bostick.Rigle was treated at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center for facial injuries, police said.Bostick was arrested after being released from the hospital, and charged with simple assault and harassment before being transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.Court documents indicate that Bostick&#8217;s bail was set at $7,500 unsecured.A preliminary hearing was set for 8:45 a.m. Aug. 11 before District Judge Joseph J.
