SeaWorld falls on attendance declines, marketing spending

<p>George Steltz, Ashley, received the Luzerne County Community College Alumni Association&#8217;s Outstanding Adult Learner Graduate Award for 2015. The annual award is presented to a student who has demonstrated academic achievement and active involvement in both college and community activities. The award was presented at the college&#8217;s 47th annual commencement ceremony held at Mohegan Sun Arena.
