Multiple tires slashed in the Heights

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police charged Travis James Lee, 23, of South Hancock Street, Wilkes-Barre, with possessing drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness when he was found passed out on the floor of a men&#8217;s restroom inside Boscov&#8217;s Department Store, South Main Street.</p><p>Lee was arraigned Monday and released on his own recognizance.</p><p>Police allege Lee was found unconscious on the floor of a stall in a men&#8217;s room at Boscov&#8217;s on May 19. When Lee was rolled over, police allege a syringe was penetrating his stomach, according to the criminal complaint.</p><p>A package of unused syringes were found next to Lee and two empty heroin packets stamped &#8220;Brick City&#8221; were found in his pocket, the complaint says.</p><style>
