Artists bring color to Hazleton for chalk festival

<p>Rarely does one get an up-close look at a ruffed grouse. The fast flyers are elusive and quick to burst into the air to flee a perceived threat.</p><p>But there&#8217;s a grouse in Susquehanna County that bucks the norm.</p><p>Tom Politz sent in this photo of a grouse he named &#8220;Nasty&#8221;. Politz has a place in Lenox, and every time he goes up there, Nasty finds him. The grouse follows him around when he&#8217;s hunting or fishing, and Politz said the bird even sits on his shoulder on top of his head and pecks at him.</p><p>Apparently, the grouse behaves long enough to have its picture taken.</p><p><em>Capture anything interesting on your hand-held or trail camera?
