<p>Some areas of traffic congestion could delay the start of the new work week for commuters.</p><p>Scattered areas of minor traffic are reported on Interstates 81 and 476, while heavier congestion is reported on Routes 315 and 115.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but heavy congestion is reported on the off-ramps.
