Man sought in Wilkes-Barre vodka theft

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said James Bramich, 26, Wilkes-Barre and Gerald Hotchkiss, 35, Swoyersville, were found intoxicated on a bench in front of St. Stephens Church at about 3 p.m. Saturday.</p><p>According to police, Bramich was difficult to wake up during the interaction and continued to lean forward with his eyes closed, swaying back and forth slowly, mumbling incoherently.</p><p>Emergency personnel assessed both men and stated that they appeared to be under the influence of Spice, based on their high volume of recent cases with the synthetic drug.</p><p>Both were taken into custody and transported to police headquarters, charged with public drunkenness.</p><p>They were released after they no longer posed a danger to themselves or the public.</p><style>
