Life Deconstructed: One misplaced ring and one lost mind

<p>Aside from a few areas of traffic congestion, commuters should have little trouble getting to work this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while some minor traffic congestion is reported on Interstate 476 in the southbound lanes well north of Route 115.</p><p>Minor traffic is also reported on Route 315 near the Woodlands Inn, while Route 115 is free of congestion.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Minor congestion is reported on the northbound lanes of the South Cross Valley Expressway expanding almost the entire stretch of roadway.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, some scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Mundy and Kidder Streets. Areas of heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard near Highland Park Boulevard.</p><p>Some intersections on various streets downtown are reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion. Affected areas include:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre / South Wilkes-Barre boulevards</p><p>&#8226; South Pennsylvania Avenue</p><p>&#8226; East Market Street</p><p>&#8226; Academy Street</p><p>&#8226; Hazle Street</p><p>&#8226; South Franklin Street</p><p>&#8226; East / West North streets</p><p>&#8226; North / South River streets</p><p>In Kingston, minor congestion is reported on Market Street and throughout Wyoming Avenue.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>!</p><style>
