WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Shickshinny man can spend up to six years in state prison for cooking methamphetamine.Larry Muhlenberg IV, 28, was sentenced Wednesday in Luzerne County Court to three to six years in a state correctional institution on a single count of manufacturing methamphetamine, court papers say.Muhlenberg pleaded guilty to the charge in May.Judge Michael T. Vough gave the man credit for 140 days served.Court documents indicate he must make restitution of $2,894 to be split with his co-defendants Kelsey Coutts and Lisa Brock.The trio was arrested in March 2014 when agents with the state Office of Attorney General busted a meth lab at 317 Cope Road, Union Township.Muhlenberg drew the lion&#8217;s share of charges while Coutts, 20, and Brock, 47, were hit with various drug charges related to the possession and manufacture of methamphetamine.Coutts pleaded guilty to one count of possession of meth precursors and was sentenced to two years probation, court papers say.
