<p>SCRANTON &#8211; Lackawanna College on Tuesday signed a new articulation agreement with Keystone College in its ongoing effort to expand transfer options for its graduates.</p><p>The agreement allows students who complete the Hospitality Management program at Lackawanna to enter Keystone College as a junior in order to pursue a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Hospitality Business Management. Lackawanna students must graduate with a minimum 2.0 GPA and may transfer a maximum of 75 credits towards their degree at Keystone.</p><p>&#8220;We are thrilled to work in partnership with Lackawanna College again,&#8221; said Keystone College President David L. Coppola. &#8220;Our institutions have a long-standing history of collaborating to provide outstanding academic opportunities. We welcome the opportunity to serve students of all ages and experiences who wish to pursue a baccalaureate degree.&#8221;</p><p>The Hospitality Management articulation is the eighth overall program-to-program agreement between Lackawanna and Keystone.</p><p>The institutions have worked collaboratively for years to offer educational pursuits to residents across northeastern Pennsylvania, especially in the Northern Tier. Prior to signing a new lease for its Towanda Center earlier this year, Lackawanna had shared classroom space with Keystone at their facility in Towanda for several years.</p><p>&#8220;This agreement is yet another validation of the quality of our programs and graduates and a continuation of the collaboration between two strong and vibrant higher education institutions,&#8221; Lackawanna College President Mark Volk said. &#8220;It is obvious that Keystone values our graduates and recognizes the knowledge and abilities they bring to its programs.&#8221;</p><p>Lackawanna&#8217;s Hospitality Management program was recently ranked among the top 50 most affordable degree programs among small colleges by <a href="http://besthospitalitydegrees.com" target="_blank">besthospitalitydegrees.com</a>.</p><p>Keystone&#8217;s hospitality business management program, which will begin in the fall 2015 semester, includes individual concentrations in: casino management, lodging management, and sales and marketing.</p><style>
