Police allege burglary of closed business on Carey Avenue early Saturday morning

<p>Whether you&#8217;re heading to church or having breakfast out with the family, it should be a smooth ride for those Sunday-morning outings.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Route 315 is also free of traffic congestion, while minor congestion is reported on Route 115 near East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is not reporting any congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Downtown is generally quiet this morning aside from some minor congestion on Coal Street near South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
