<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police responded to a complaint at about 3 p.m. on Friday that a male, 22, had been approached by a man and a woman asking for a cigarette.</p><p>After that, the victim said a fight ensued in which the male displayed a small silver handgun and took his wallet.</p><style>
