In Focus: Incident in Kingston again reminded us not to take drinking water for granted

<p>WEST PITTSTON &#8212; A preliminary hearing for Jack Ostrowski, charged with vehicular homicide dating back two years, was continued on Wednesday at the request of his attorney Carmen J. Latona, Jr.</p><p>The new date for the hearing was not immediately released.</p><p>In July, West Wyoming police charged Ostrowski, 42, Duryea, with homicide by vehicle after investigating a fatal crash on West Eighth Street on Feb. 4, 2013.</p><p>Police allege Ostrowski, driving a 2009 Chevrolet cargo van owned by Keystone Automotive Distributors, Exeter, was traveling in excess of 70 mph when he collided head-on with an SUV driven by Thomas J.
