<p>Some scattered areas of traffic congestion could add a couple of minutes onto the morning commute.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81 this morning, while scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported throughout Interstate 476.</p><p>Minor congestion is reported on Route 315 in the area of Fox Hill Road, while some heavier traffic is reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Minor congestion is reported in both lanes of the South Cross Valley Expressway.</p><p>Several streets in and around the downtown area are reporting areas of heavy and minor congestion. They include:</p><p>&#8226; East Northampton Street</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre / South Wilkes-Barre boulevards</p><p>&#8226; Academy Street</p><p>&#8226; Hazle Street</p><p>&#8226; North / South Main streets</p><p>&#8226; East / West Market streets</p><p>&#8226; North / South River streets</p><p>&#8226; East / West North streets</p><p>In Kingston, areas of minor and heavy congestion are also reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>!</p><style>
