31st Annual Arts at Hayfield Summer Festival returns Aug. 30 in Lehman Twp.

<p>The Council of the Ladies of Charity met recently to finalize plans for their annual card/bingo party. The fun begins at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20, in the St Aloysius School cafeteria at the St Robert Bellarmine Parish on Barney Street, Wilkes-Barre. Parking is available in the lot across the street. Tickets are available at the door and everyone is invited. Light refreshments will be served. The proceeds from this event will support the scholarship fund.
