<p>EXETER &#8212; Someone left Cold Case Beverage Thursday with more than just a couple of cold ones.</p><p>A winning Cash 5 lottery ticket worth $225,000 was sold Thursday at the 1712 Wyoming Ave. beer distributor in Exeter, according to a Friday news release from the Pennsylvania Lottery announcing the jackpot.</p><p>The winning ticket correctly matched all five balls (08-14-34-36-40) in Thursday&#8217;s drawing, which also included more than 22,800 other prizes of various amounts, officials said. Federal tax law requires 25 percent to be withheld from prizes over $5,000.</p><p>According to the lottery&#8217;s website, the probability of matching all five Cash 5 game numbers per play is 1:962,598. Tickets cost $1.</p><p>Marty Cirelli, Cold Case owner, said he wasn&#8217;t sure who bought the winning ticket but wagered he&#8217;d find out soon enough.</p><p>&#8220;Nobody&#8217;s done any cartwheels through the door yet,&#8221; Cirelli said.</p><p>Lottery winners are required to be identified under the state&#8217;s Right-to-Know law, including their name, residence and prize amount.</p><p>It wasn&#8217;t the first time Cold Case distributed more than just beer.</p><p>Cirelli said the business sold another winner last April, a prize totalling $655,000.</p><p>For selling the latest winner, the retailer will receive $500, officials said.</p><p>To claim their prize, winners are instructed to sign the back of the ticket, call the lottery office and file a claim at any of the seven area lottery offices. Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.</p><p>An office located at 49 S. Washington St. in Wilkes-Barre serves retailers in Carbon, Columbia, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Montour, Pike, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming counties.</p><p>Asked what the business will do with the $500, Cirelli said it will probably have &#8220;some kind of party.&#8221;</p><p>And why not? It already has the beer.</p><style>
