Local schools poised to open without state money in place

<p>The Luzerne County Community College Wellness Committee recently held the 22 Push-Up Challenge. The event raised awareness for the 22 U.S. military members who commit suicide every day. Students and staff who participated performed 22 push-ups at 11:22 a.m. each weekday for 22 days at the library courtyard.
