NEPA experts react to market’s erratic day

<p>Members of the Junior Leadership Wilkes-Barre Class of 2014-2015 visited WVCA&#8217;s Together We Grow Preschool for a check presentation and a tour to see how their support helps to change lives. One of the projects the class undertook this year was a 5K and Fun Day Run/Walk to benefit WVCA.
