DALLAS: The National Stuttering Association (NSA): Northeast Pennsylvania Chapter at Misericordia University, will be hosting its meetings from 7 to 8:3 p.m. the first and third Tuesday of each month during the 2015-16 academic year. The meetings will be held in room 212 of John J. Passan Hall, 100 Lake St., located on the lower campus of the university.this is the only nationally recognized stuttering support group in the region.
