Move-in day marks the return of students to Luzerne County’s 3 private colleges

<p>Students of the fifth grade class of State Street Elementary School were recognized for outstanding academic achievement. Students who maintained a 3.5 or higher grade point average and also achieved an advanced rating in the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA) testing received a special certificate, a congratulatory letter from President Obama and a special pin.
