<p>Some scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion could add a couple of minutes onto the morning commute.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while some scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion is reported on Interstate 476.</p><p>Route 315 is reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion throughout the roadway, while Route 115 is reporting some traffic congestion in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Minor traffic congestion is reported in both directions on the South Cross Valley Expressway.</p><p>Downtown, minor and heavy traffic congestion is reported at various intersections throughout the area.
