Scranton institutions and businesses team up to hold speakeasy pub crawl

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police arrested three teenagers after they were found allegedly seen breaking into cars on Saturday night.</p><p>An officer on patrol was flagged down in the area of North Main and Elm streets at approximately 11:30 p.m. A pedestrian pointed out the suspects &#8212; three boys aged 13, 14, and 16 &#8212; that were allegedly trying car door handles to see if vehicles were locked.</p><p>Police say they found one of the boys in a vehicle about take take items from inside.</p><p>The juveniles were transported to police headquarters, where one was cited for trespassing while the other two were cited for curfew violations. The boys were then released to their parents.</p><style>

Teens arrested for allegedly breaking into vehicles
