Pennsylvania Game Commission program showcases techniques used to solve poaching incidents

<p>Coughlin&#8217;s Kristi Pearage and Diana Rodriguez each recorded singles wins as Coughlin topped Hanover Area 4-1 on the first day of Wyoming Valley Conference tennis action Monday.</p><p>Maryann Chapin rebounded after dropping the first set 6-0 to take the next two sets 6-2, 8-6 for the Hawkeyes&#8217; lone victory of the day.</p><p><strong>Wyoming Area 4, MMI Prep 1</strong></p><p>Lauren Perry and Anna Thomas captured wins in singles action while both doubles teams won in Wyoming Area&#8217;s win over MMI Prep.</p><p>Jessica Smith defeated Kierstin Grillo for the lone win of the day for the Preppers.</p><p><strong>Hazleton Area 4, Wyoming Valley West 1</strong></p><p>The team of Sara Seigfried and Kim Delrengo won their doubles matchup for Hazleton Area. The Cougars also won all three singles matchups to top the Spartans on the road.</p><p>The duo of Helia Hosseinpour and Mariah Carey recorded a win for Valley West.</p><p><strong>Crestwood 3, GAR 2</strong></p><p>Crestwood won both doubles matches and, in singles action, Alaina Williams defeated Giselle Huertero to top GAR.</p><p><strong>Berwick 4, Dallas 1</strong></p><p>Lynndath Telemaque and Gabi Popko won their singles matches to help springboard Berwick to a win over Dallas.
