<p>Pennsylvanians looking for information on construction projects, improvements underway because of Act 89, the state&#8217;s transportation funding plan, as well as projects scheduled through 2026 have a new resource: <a href="http://www.projects.penndot.gov/projects/PAProjects.aspx" target="_blank">www.Projects.PennDOT.gov</a>.</p><p>The new Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) website includes maps and explanations of:</p><p>construction projects that are underway or will be bid or begin this year;</p><p>projects that are completed, underway, planned or in development because of Act 89&#8217;s historic investment and</p><p>projects included in the department&#8217;s Four and Twelve Year Plans.</p><p>&#8220;Part of ensuring that PennDOT works for our customers is making sure they can find information on our investments in their communities,&#8221; PennDOT Secretary Leslie S. Richards said. &#8220;This website shows the magnitude of the amount and value of current work and well into the future.&#8221;</p><p>In addition to demonstrating the breadth of improvements being made across the state, the Transportation Projects site allows users to view projects according to categories such as county, statewide, PennDOT district and more. The construction section also allows users view projects on Pennsylvania Interstate corridors. The website and mapping tools are also compatible with mobile devices.</p><style>
