Clam and crab beer fest raised $916 to support the Boys & Girls Clubs

<p>Frank W. Zardecki, deputy commander of Tobyhanna Army Depot, was awarded the Pennsylvania Meritorious Service Medal in recognition of his exceptional contributions to the nation and to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania while serving as the deputy commander of Tobyhanna Army Depot. Zardecki attended Wilkes College, the University of Scranton and is a 1995 graduate of the Senior Executive Fellowship Program, JFK School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA.
