<p>SWOYERSVILLE &#8212; A shopping bag with empty marble bags and a slingshot replacement kit found along Bunker Hill Road in Kingston Township led police in Jackson Township and Larksville to arrest four men they say are responsible for a multi-municipal vandalism spree earlier this month and late August.</p><p>Police allege the marbles and slingshot were purchased at Walmart Supercenter in Wilkes-Barre Township and a vehicle recorded on surveillance cameras leaving the department store was traced to the Larksville residence of Kenneth Yarasavitch and his brother, Kevin Yarasavitch, both 18, on Lisa Drive.</p><p>The twin brothers and their friends, Nicholas Elko, 18, of Corby Road, Plymouth, and James Kimmel, 18, of Hurbane Street, Pringle, were arraigned by District Judge David Barilla in Swoyersville on one felony count of criminal mischief filed by Larksville police and eight misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief and a single count of reckless endangerment filed by Jackson Township police.</p><p>The foursome were released on $20,000 unsecured bail each.</p><p>Police said the four men allegedly used a slingshot to fire marbles at multiple vehicles in Jackson Township and Larksville from Aug. 27 to Aug. 29. They are facing additional charges for smashing car windows in other municipalities in the Wyoming Valley and Back Mountain during the same time span, police said.</p><p>Police got a break when a Dollar Tree shopping bag with empty marble bags and a slingshot replacement kit was found along Bunker Hill Road on Sept. 3.</p><p>From there, police learned the marbles and slingshot replacement kit were purchased at Walmart, where video surveillance cameras recorded three men purchasing the items and driving away in a silver Jeep Liberty, according to the criminal complaints.</p><p>Police further learned that a slingshot and metal pellets were purchased at Dick&#8217;s Sporting Goods in Arena Hub Plaza in Wilkes-Barre Township, and marbles were purchased at a Dollar Tree store in Edwardsville.</p><p>Police agencies involved in the multi-jurisdictional investigation learned a resident on Lisa Drive in Larksville owned a similar Jeep.</p><p>When police visited the residence, Kenneth Yarasavitch and Kevin Yarasavitch allegedly showed signs of being nervous.</p><p>During an interview, police allege, the twin brothers admitted to driving around the region shooting out vehicle windows, including a door window at a residence on Chase Road in Jackson Township.</p><p>Kimmel allegedly told police he went with the twin brothers one night smashing vehicle windows and purchasing a slingshot replacement kit at Walmart, the complaints say.</p><p>Police allege the four men are responsible for damaging windows on 22 vehicles in Larksville and at least seven windows on vehicles in Jackson Township.</p><style>
