KINGSTON &#8212; Blair Academy scored 35 unanswered points and amassed 269 yards in total as they defeated Wyoming Seminary, 35-7 at Nesbitt Stadium on Saturday night.With 7:19 left in the first quarter, after a punt return placed them in great field position, Alfred Dorbor opened the scoring and put Blair Academy on the board with a 10-yard touchdown run. The Buccaneers went up again late in the second quarter thanks to a three-yard punch in from running back Chase Singletary.Wyoming Seminary&#8217;s biggest play of the first half came from a pass, when quarterback Trent Johnson connected with Duncan Breig, for a 32-yard gain. Despite the large chunk of yardage, the Blue Knights were unable to sustain any offense in the first half.Blair Academy continued to pour the offense on at the opening of the second half. Dorbor fielded the opening kickoff and returned it for an 85-yard score. A quick three-and-out by Wyoming Seminary returned the ball to Blair Academy, allowing them to drive down the field and score off of a 43-yard run from Kyle Phipps making the score, 28-0.In the last moments of the third quarter, Dorbor again found the score sheet. He intercepted a Johnson pass that was destined for the end zone and returned it the length of the field for a 96-yard score.It took until the 6:12 mark of the fourth quarter before the Blue Knights would connect for six.
