<p>Laura Kathryn Rosiecki and David Paul Bonita are to be married this October at St. Helena Catholic Church in St. Helena, California.</p><p>Laura, 36, who will retain her name professionally, is a banking and finance attorney in Los Angeles for Mayer Brown LLP. She graduated from Stern School of Business, New York University, and received a juris doctorate from Boston University School of Law. Laura currently resides in Manhattan Beach, California, and holds licenses to practice law in California and New York.</p><p>She is a daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Michael W. Rosiecki of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Laura&#8217;s father is a practicing ophthalmologist in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Her mother, Carol, is a devoted wife, mother of three and grandmother of five and currently serves as a Eucharistic minister at Our Lady of the Snows, Clarks Summit, as well as a local, long-term healthcare facility.</p><p>David, 40, is a private equity partner at OrbiMed Advisors in New York City. He graduated from Harvard University and received a medical doctorate and master&#8217;s of business administration from Columbia University. David currently resides in New York City.</p><p>David is a son of the late Dr. Raphael J. Bonita, a former internal medicine physician and Mrs. Barbara Bonita of Plains, Pennsylvania. Barbara was a passionate homemaker to a family of six and now spends her time volunteering at a local elementary school, Wyoming Area Catholic, and supporting her five grandchildren.</p><p>The couple will reside in New York City after exchanging vows.</p><style>

Bonita, Rosiecki
