<p>The Luzerne County Community College Literary Arts Society (LAS) recently donated $210 to the Nanticoke Head Start Birthday Book Project. The Birthday Book Project allows children to receive a new story book on their birthday. The funds were raised through a used book and junk jewelry sale sponsored by the LAS.
