<p>SCRANTON &#8212; For the second time, federal prosecutors have requested to continue the sentencing hearings for two former Wilkes-Barre police officers who pleaded guilty earlier this year to cheating the Wilkes-Barre City Employee Federal Credit Union.</p><p>Tino Ninotti, 37, of Hunlock Township, and Jason Anthony, 36, of Wilkes-Barre, separately pleaded guilty April 27 to conspiracy to commit bank fraud.</p><p>In the request to continue the latest sentencing hearings scheduled for Monday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Michelle L. Olshefski said essential terms of the plea agreements have not been completed and additional time is required.</p><p>The same reason was used when Olshefski sought a continuance of the men&#8217;s sentencing hearings on Aug. 19.</p><p>Ninotti, former credit union assistant manager Amanda Magda, 30, and Leo Glodzik III, 44, both of Wilkes-Barre, were indicted by a federal grand jury in August 2014. Anthony was indicted in a separate indictment.</p><p>At an April 27 hearing when Ninotti and Anthony pleaded guilty, Olshefski said Ninotti signed his brother&#8217;s name on loan documents to secure a loan from the credit union located on the first floor of Wilkes-Barre City Hall.</p><p>At the time, Ninotti&#8217;s brother, Dino Ninotti, was in Afghanistan when the document was signed in March 2012, Olshefski said.</p><p>Anthony pleaded guilty to signing a woman&#8217;s name, allegedly witnessed by Magda, when he refinanced a $7,159 loan on Jan. 15, 2014.</p><p>Glodzik, proprietor of LAG Transport and Towing, is facing a federal trial on bank fraud and conspiracy charges scheduled to begin Sept. 28.</p><p>Glodzik is accused of giving Ninotti a vehicle identification number when Ninotti applied for a $25,086 loan from the credit union to purchase a 2011 Dodge Ram pickup truck on March 23, 2012, according to the indictment.</p><p>The loan was not used to purchase the Dodge and the vehicle identification number Ninotti listed on the loan application as collateral did not match the pickup truck, the indictment says.</p><p>Glodzik also faces a federal firearm offense trial when two rifles and a shotgun were allegedly found inside his residence when he was arrested in August 2014. Glodzik is prohibited from owning and carrying a firearm due to a theft conviction by a Luzerne County jury in May 2014.</p><p>Glodzik on June 20 began serving a three-to-12 month sentence at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility on the theft conviction. He remained jailed Wednesday.</p><p>Last week, Glodzik filed an application for parole as his minimum sentence of three months will be Sunday.</p><p>Judge Lesa Gelb, who presided over the trial, has not granted the request as of Wednesday.</p><p>Glodzik&#8217;s towing company had the exclusive towing contact for Wilkes-Barre City, which was terminated by Mayor Thomas Leighton on April 6.</p><p>Magda pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting bank fraud on July 16. A sentencing date for Magda has not been scheduled.</p><p>U.S. District Court Judge A. Richard Caputo, who presided over the cases, has not ruled on the latest requests to continue the sentencing hearings for Ninotti and Anthony.</p><style>
