Early patches of fog will lift for a sunny Thursday

<p>Morning commuters traveling on Interstate 81 North will find moderate congestion near the Pittston/Dupont exit 175. The off ramp, as well as Route 315 at Oak Street is heavily congested.</p><p>Other than that, traffic is moving free with little to no congestion on Interstate 81 and 476, as well as Route 315.</p><p>The South Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion with the exception of the south-bound lanes near the Nanticoke exit.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is also free of congestion. Some congestion could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>North River Street in Wilkes-Barre is experiencing patches of minor and heavy congestion while North Main Street and the South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard are also experiencing patches of minor and heavy congestion.</p><p>Commuters traveling on Wyoming Avenue will experience moderate to heavy traffic at times between Kingston and Exeter.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
