First Posted: 7/24/2014 Elena Kilpatrick, of Clarks Summit, has been promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Frontier Communications Corporation&#8217;s Pennsylvania operations. Kilpatrick will oversee field operations, residential and commercial sales, and every aspect of the customer experience in Pennsylvania.
Most recently Kilpatrick was responsible for Frontier&#8217;s Pennsylvania Northeast Region, where she had oversight for the markets of Montrose, Tunkhannock, Clarks Summit, Conyngham, Bangor and Pocono. She also managed Frontier&#8217;s Scranton/Wilkes-Barre/Hazleton, Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton, Harrisburg and Lancaster/York/Reading markets. Her tenure with Frontier also includes serving as general manager of the company&#8217;s Northern Tier operations in Pennsylvania.
Kilpatrick is active with the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business and Industry and serves on the Northern Tier Work Force Investment Board covering Tioga, Susquehanna, Wyoming, Lackawanna and Sullivan counties.
A graduate of Leadership Lackawanna&#8217;s Class of 2005, Kilpatrick and her husband, Jim, have two sons, John and Kevin.
